Disabling Rocketship to update Closed Tickets

You may want the ability to disable Rocketship from making any changes on closed tickets. This can be done by following the instructions below:

  1. Login to your Rocketship admin portal
  2. Go to Workflows -.> Workflows Home
  3. Click on Defaults -> Macro Can Update Closed Tickets

Please note that disabling Rocketship from making changes to closed tickets will override any workflow rules you have in place, even if those rules specify Rocketship to make changes on a closed ticket.
