Marnie’s passion for education, data, and humor has fueled her journey from the classroom to Sr. Director of Customer Success at a leading Ed Tech company, and later as Co-Founder and CEO of Lifecycle Insights, a vCIO/Customer Success platform for MSPs.
After Lifecycle Insights was acquired by ScalePad, Marnie shifted to advising IT and EdTech startups while launching new projects. She also co-authored Lead it Like Lasso and co-hosts the Lens of Leadership Podcast and How to Lead It Like Lasso masterclass.

Clayton has over 25 years experience working with start-up and early-stage companies. His background includes organizational structure, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and controls, capital structure, and corporate governance.
Andrew Dunn
Board Member
Andrew Dunn has over 15 years of experience with growth companies and venture-backed startups in New Orleans. He has been instrumental in startups that raised over $200 million and achieved $1.5 billion in exits, including a $500 million acquisition of Levelset by Procore.
An expert in product development, data, and fintech, Andrew has led teams across engineering, product management, sales, and marketing. He currently works at Procore, focusing on innovating how the construction industry manages working capital.
Tony Francisco
Board Member
Tony Francisco is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur focused on creating scalable business models through technology. Founder of CloudPlus, he launched one of the first hosted Microsoft Exchange services and built it into a top distribution platform.
With 23 years of experience in sales and business development, Tony has led growth at GTE, Schlumberger, and Oculan. He has also worked with U.S. law enforcement on IT security and is an active CompTIA member.
