Customizing Workflow Note Fields
Rocketship empowers you to customize and publish workflows, providing your team with flexible tools to encode and execute essential business processes within Autotask Ticket Insights. This article will guide you through the process, highlighting how you can tailor workflow notes and enhance their utility.
You can further customize workflow notes by renaming the note field and/or by including custom instructions when a user fills in the note. This is done in the Publish tab when editing Custom Workflows. Your options include:
- Require Note. Whether the user must supply a note when executing the workflow.
- Note Field Name. A custom name for the note field, e.g., “Parts#”.
- Note Field Description. Instructions to the user on how to populate the field.
