How is the Resource’s Timezone Determined

For features like the Rocketship WorkBoard, Rocketship/CMD (Ticket Insight), and various time-based widgets and scheduling tools, the timezone of a Resource (Autotask user) is crucial for accurate data calculation and display. Rocketship determines the timezone for each Resource based on the timezone set for the Autotask Internal Location assigned to that Resource.

Resources can view their timezone by looking at the day/time displayed at the top-right of the WorkBoard.
