Why can’t I see the Rocketship Ticket Insight in my Autotask tickets?

The likely cause is that you have all Ticket Insights hidden in Autotask tickets.

To enable the Ticket Insights column, which includes Rocketship, be sure to “unlock” the two-column layout.
