Created a Fixed Appointment without a Calendar Invite

There are times you want to lock in a day and time for an activity, e.g., you want to reboot a server this Sunday at 10pm to finish a software installation. To do that, you need to use a Fixed Appointment in Rocketship. However, for this example, you do not want to send a Calendar Invite to the Ticket Contact.

To do that you can choose the “Advanced” Fixed Appointment.
